SUMMARY: Ensure superiorcustomer service by interaction with guests. Responsible for taking guest food & beverage orders, inputtingorders into computer for transmittal to kitchen staff and delivery food on atimely basis. Ensures restaurantenvironment stays clean by clearing tables and assisting with cleaning andre-stocking duties for stations.

- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
- The Food & Beverage staff must wash their hands on a frequent basis to ensure cleanliness of the Food & Beverage operations.
- Assist with Nightly and Morning Set-up.
- Stock Bus Stands.
- Assist in bussing and setting all tables.
- Follow thru with all side jobs before end of shift.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
