Job Overview

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the development, and timely completion of proposals, presentations and marketing materials in support of Call Center Sales Pro’s overall national and local sales objectives.
Responsibilities related to the supporting sales proposals include data gathering, verification and entry into the appropriate databases and meets company style guide standards. This role will be responsible for ensuring sales and marketing tools and resources are communicated, sales support processes are followed, and ensuring consistency of brand positioning and messaging 
in all sales materials.

Responsibilities:
Process inbound RFP, RFI, and RFQ 
Execute proposal/presentation services with high quality and in line with the data collection ​production timeline 
Maintain department production reports and schedules
Create proposals, presentations, and sales collateral using relevant business software; ensure content is 
consistent.
Apply technical writing skills, if applicable, to customize proposals to industry 
Manage special projects as needed such as collateral development, training manuals, data collection,
and surveys. 

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, 
Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or 
Journalism or 2-5 years, or equivalent experience 
•Advanced ability to understand a client’s business, 
technology and process needs, and translate into 
actionable, industry leading services solutions. 
•Understanding of the various methods a client 
opportunity may be delivered and can anticipate what 
will work best for a given client 
•Ability to combine technical expertise with business 
acumen to provide vital, detailed information about how 
an ABM solution can deliver business value to its 
clients. 
•Technical writing, when applicable 
•Must work well under pressure and be able to meet 
deadlines 
•Ability to prioritize and work with senior managers 
and executives
•Positive attitude and works well with others 
•Experience should include sales proposal production, 
communications and managing multiple projects. 
•B2B experience in service industry a plus! 
Technical/Software Skills:
•Well-versed in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
•Experience with CRM tool 
•Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional and 
creating, editing and optimizing .PDF documents. 
•Looks for ways to further enhance all documentation 
through the use of graphics, breakout quotes and other 
visuals that further enhance readability and interest.
