Hello, I just relocated to Maryville. My 26years of experience in the copier industry allowed me to develop strong troubleshooting skills of hardware devices both electronically and mechanically.  As a service technician, I enjoy the challenges of making equipment work as it was designed or modifying it to perform a specific task as needed for an organization. I’m comfortable working with manufacturer’s representatives, providing feedback on their device’s performance. I’m a quick study of new technology, being able to take what was learned and applying it to my service skills.

While my resume will show much of the latter part of my career was in management, I want to get back into the technical role. My time as a manager allowed me to develop a better understanding of business models, recognizing real costs of downtime, parts, and labor better than most technicians. That strong business acumen paired with strong technical skills makes this a good opportunity for me to make positive contributions to an organization as a technician.
