Job Overview

Highly motivated individual who has some experience in the commercial construction industry.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.
2. Communicate using the following tools: telephone, fax machine, written logs, email, computer, iPads, and others
3. Physically lift up to 100 lbs.
4. Physical endurance to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures.
5. Customer Service – Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
6. Interpersonal Skills – Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming; maintain confidentiality; Keeps emotions under control; Remains open to others’ ideas and tries new things.
7. Oral Communication – Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions;
8. Written Communication – Able to read and interpret written information.
9. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED
