Greet customers and provide assistance to finalize sale and encourage future return to store. Capture customer information by using the keyboard on the cash register system. Apply appropriate discounts for promotions. Monitor ticket prices and merchandise for correct size or mis-mate. Make accurate collection of payments. Bag merchandise. Process merchandise returns. Work on sales floor or fitting rooms as needed. Completion of 10th grade or equivalent required. Job requires light lifting (up to 25 pounds) and standing for long periods of time.
