Job Overview
Responsibilities: Performs a variety of administrative, clerical and communications functions related to Maintenance Department Operations. Interacts with all departments in the organization on a regular basis. A high degree of analytical, decision making and multi-tasking ability is required.
*Creates, prioritizes, assigns and tracks Maintenance work orders
*Communicates with Maintenance personal by phone, text, email or in person regarding work orders or related issues
*Uses a Computer and related software to perform clerical and administrative duties related to Maintenance work orders.
*Receives reports on maintenance and housekeeping issues by phone, email, text or in person.
*Responds to field staff reports about status, location and needs
*Investigates and follows-up on pending work orders
*Updates cabin status in software program and communicates with other departments
*Other related duties as assigned

*Ability to deal with stressful situations
*Ability to communicate with co-workers and outside vendors in professional manner
*Ability to work 10 am to 6 pm during off season, 11 am to 7 pm or 12 pm to 8 pm during season
