SALARY: $46,223 – full-time
SCHEDULE: This position works various shifts, weekendsand holidays.
SUMMARY: The essential function of the position within theorganization is to manage the Golf Club’s food and beverage operation. The purpose of this position is to overseeall tasks performed by the food and beverage operation, with the aim that aquality product is produced with the highest level of customer service, costeffectively, and within budgeted profitability targets. The position worksunder general supervision according to general guidelines; decides how and whento complete tasks.
Position requires highschool diploma or GED or specialized vocational training. Must have a Basic Food Handlers TrainingCertification and ABC Card. Thisposition requires least 5 years of proven food management experience in ahigh-quality food service operation. Must have experience in kitchen supervision (scheduling), menu costingpreparation and inventory controls, ordering and quality food preparation andpresentation. Experience in the Golfindustry is desired.
