Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Shift Lead exists to provide leadership, including paperwork, scheduling, and maintaining a healthy, efficient, and effective team for a location or group of locations. This individual sets the example of excellent guest service and food operation for all Team Members in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and operating philosophies of The Dollywood Company and Herschend Family Entertainment. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Open and close the shop in the absence of theTeam Lead including: DSL, register readings, labor control, Orders, andinventory.
•        Assist Team Lead by putting in orders andtracking inventory.
