Job Overview
Responsibilities:
*Greet Guests. Provides fast, friendly and genuine hospitality.
*Assists guest with check-in procedure
*Provides directions to the cabin
*Arranges for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate
*Addresses guest needs and concerns in person, email or by phone. Listens and responds with empathy.
*Works to resolve guest issues
*Makes and modifies reservations
*Acts as telephone operator for Amazing Views and Timbertops
*Prepares guest packets as needed
*Assists with Lost and Found
*Performs related duties as required by Management
*Assists with Housekeeping
*Completes Housekeeping Departure Reports on the weekends
*Maintains a Clean Lobby are for the Guests
*Processes Balances due on Reservations, Contacts the guest if payment doesn’t process
*Contact Guests for Signed Guest Agreement
*Updates Resort information for Guests
*Updates Cabin Addresses in software program
*Emails Guest Reminders on Balances due prior to payment draft
