The Courtyard by Marriott Pigeon Forge is seekingprofessional, outgoing and enthusiastic individuals to join our Front Desk Teamas Full Time for a 3pm-11pm shift. Please stop by to fill out an application, oremail us a resume. Holidays and weekends are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • -Create memorable experiences with awarm, welcoming personality that can relate to guests and associates

  • Be able to multi-task at a fast pacewhile having an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • -Collect payments in compliance withcash handling and credit card processing and accounting procedures.

  • -Answer guest’s inquiries regardinghotel service, events, direction, local attractions and assist guests withtransportation.

  • -Communicate with other departments tomake sure the guest has the best experience possible

  • -Promote hotel programs, specialpackage rate, and upgrade guests when appropriate.

  • -Manage and resolved guests concernsin a professional and timely manner.

  • -Maintain safe work habits and complywith safety procedures.

    EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 2 years in CustomerService experience required.
