We are currently seeking applicants for a Full Time, YearRound Guest Services Agentfor our Sevierville location. The ideal candidate will have a can-doattitude, an eye for detail and a team-work spirit. This position is responsible for answering all guest inquiries,complaints and requests. The guest services department is the centralcommunication hub for the efficient operation of the property. Thisposition is provided a full benefits package to include 4 weeks of paid timeoff per year! Some key highlights of this position are:

·       Book reservations for guests and owners, processcheck-in/check-out of guests, collect rent money, process any guest creditsand/or charges, etc.

·       Act as an advocate for guests during their stayincluding efficient processing of all guest inquiries and/or grievances toappropriate personnel in order to maintain the highest level of guestsatisfaction during their stay.

·       Contacting guests and welcoming them upon their arrival.

·       Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing,recording, mailing, and computer data input processing as necessary.
