Laundry Attendant

Job Summary:

The Laundry Attendant will deliver superior guest experiences and high attention to detail to perform the necessary job functions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Start machines and fold all laundry from previous day 
• Check amenity supply for the guests  
• Sort and separate linens to be washed 
• Assist guests that come down for towel exchanges 
• Process all linen tickets by bagging items and writing unit numbers on tags 
• End of day cleaning process for work area

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous laundry, houseman or housekeeping experience preferred 

Physical Demands:

• Ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 20 lbs. of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects

Required Competencies:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
• Effective listener
• Great communication skills
• Attention to detail
