Job Overview

Duties:  Answering and forwarding incoming calls, taking detailed messages, greeting clients, accepting payments, filing documents with the courts, completing errands, obtaining and sorting incoming/outgoing mail, scanning and e-mailing documents, scanning and organizing case files, filing, returning phone calls as needed, opening and closing the office, maintaining reception area and common areas, and other tasks as needed.  

Qualifications:  Candidates must have a positive and friendly demeanor and have good interpersonal skills, as a primary role in this position will be speaking with clients, clerks, and other third parties as a representative of the firm.  Must be comfortable with basics of scanning, computer and e-mail technology.
