PBX Operator
ThePBX telephone operator is responsible for: handling incoming and outgoing phonecalls; responding to guest requests; learn and disseminate basic hotelinformation; be knowledgeable of procedures and techniques necessary for thesmooth operation of the department. PBX Operators are required to: display aguest orientation; possess a working knowledge of computers; and display anexcellent phone manner. Operate thehotel switchboard in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to providequality operations which maximize guest satisfaction. Candidate must haveexcellent communication skills and ability to multi-task and work a variedschedule.
