Job Overview
Looking to fill a full-time position to add to our maintenance team for our busy multi-family apartment community, rental cabins, and a student lodge facility in Gatlinburg, TN. Will be responsible for effectively completing work orders and turning units, including managing vendors, while also maximizing the living experience for the residents of the community. Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, appliance repair experience helpful. Benefits offered. $19-$23 per hour. Commensurate with experience.
