Quality Control Supervisor

Job Overview

The Quality Control Supervisor will primarily be responsible for covering the daily administrative tasks for our Quality Control Managers which includes oversight of all Housekeeping and Inspections tasks. This role is also responsible for ensuring all properties are guest or owner ready prior to the scheduled arrival time and that properties meet our Standard Property Appearance Agreement. They will cover off days for QCMs as needed and be the primary contact for day- to- day tasks, escalating issues to the QCMs as needed.
