Job Overview
The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service throughout all areas of the store; providing the Superior Customer Service, generating sales, merchandising, maintaining cleanliness and appearance standards, and safeguarding company assets. Maintains a positive company image by being courteous and professional in all situations with customers and employee. The Sales Associate may be cross-trained and assigned to work a variety of positions including, but not limited to: cash register, stockroom, sales floor, loss prevention, or housekeeping. The physical demands of the job require bending, stooping, lifting (up to 25 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time.
