Second Shift- Laundry Attendant

Job Overview

VTrips, one of the largest multi-destination, technology-enabled property management companies in the United States is looking for a Laundry Attendant to join our growing team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for receiving, cleaning, organizing and distribution of linens to housekeepers.

This is a regular, full-time position working within our laundry & linen facility The second shift laundry attendant hours are 3pm-11:30pm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Placing and organizing linens in appropriate areas for housekeepers.
• Receiving linen bins and keeping counts.
• Collecting soiled linen bags from housekeepers and reporting if bags are missing.
• Delivering linens during urgent situations.
• Making linen bags when needed.
• Assisting housekeepers when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Physical demands while performing the duties of this job:

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk. Attendants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of laundry and push heavy carts without assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be heavy when washers are in operation.
