Anakeesta is seeking Cooks/Serving Attendants to prepare and serve food.  Line cook and serving duties will consist of prepping, delivering, and serving food to guests. 

Responsibilities 

– Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items  

– Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served. 

– Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes 

– Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period. 

– Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications. 

– Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment. \

– Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes. 

– Handles, stores and rotates all products properly. 

– Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed. 

– Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications 

– Positive Attitude 

– Must be at least 18 years old 

– Able to work with a high volume of guests. 

– Able to work accurately and rapidly. 

– Able to multitask. 

– Must possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude. 

– Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change when required. 

– Ability to work with different pieces of kitchen equipment. 

– Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service. 

– Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members. 

– Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays 

Physical Requirements 

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, crawl and stand for long periods of time. 

Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
