Job Overview
The Team Lead/Keyholder is responsible for store operations in the absence of management.
*Delegate through others….set an example for the store
*Monitor each department to ensure proper coverage
*Knowledge of emergency procedures (Alarm system, call list, etc.)
*Communicate effectively with employees, customers, management and corporate officials
*Working knowledge of loss prevention procedures (camera room)
*Report to management any incidents while on duty
*Handle customer complaints as needed
*Perform opening and closing procedures
*Perform other duties as assigned by management
*May entail light lifting (up to 25 pounds) and standing for long periods of time
